Fifteen Fifteen: Designed by the distinguished international architecture firm Büro Ole Scheeren, Fifteen Fifteen introduces horizontality to an urban tower with homes integrated into Vancouver's extraordinary landscapes.

1700 Alberni: 1700 Alberni's two residential towers embody the West End's vibrant energy and strong connection to nature, while bringing much-needed rental to Vancouver's downtown core that will benefit the community at large.

Barclay x Thurlow: Located at the intersection of Vancouver's Downtown and West End, this multi-use two-tower project will deliver over 600 rental homes, 365 condominiums, a childcare centre and an energetic ground plane anchored by retail and restaurants.

Fifteen Fifteen by Büro Ole Scheeren has been years in the making.

42 storeys later, the residential tower has officially reached its full height on Alberni Street.

With the structure complete, work is now shifting to the exterior glass installation, interior framing in the mid-tower, and cabinetry and tile work on the lower levels.

The design of Fifteen Fifteen by Buro Ole Scheeren in Vancouver's West End introduces a new concept of high-rise living, combining both horizontal and vertical modules within a slender tower.

Among its most striking features are 18 cantilevered apartments, known as Observatory Residences, that offer residents a breathtaking sensation of floating above the city and 270-degree panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
