We toured some of the newest buildings across Burnaby, Richmond, and Burquitlam before finally locking in this beautiful unit with an incredible view, three balconies, and a fantastic floor plan.

After two weeks of back-and-forth negotiations with the developer, we were able to secure an excellent price along with strong incentives. On top of that, we successfully sold their current home within just two weeksโ€”despite competing with 17 similar listings with the same layout and finishes.
