Grey and black anything but boring. 🖤

For this client’s guest bedroom, I chose to layer different shades of grey, bring in black for contrast, and use texture to keep the room feeling warm instead of flat.

Designer tip: when you’re working with a neutral palette, texture is what gives the room depth and makes it feel finished.

Simple, stylish, and perfect for a guest space.

It’s not just about making a space look pretty it’s about how it makes you feel.

This White Rock Airbnb started as an empty room with an incredible view. My goal was to create something warm, comfortable and inviting a space guests walk into and immediately feel like they’re on vacation. 🌊

That’s the difference thoughtful decorating makes. 🤍

I walked into this room and immediately knew what was throwing it off. 👀

Nothing was necessarily wrong the room just needed better balance.

I edited a few pieces, changed the scale of the artwork, simplified the styling and gave the room a stronger focal point.

Same room. Same dining set. Completely different feel.

This is the part of decorating I love seeing what a space could be.

My client wanted her bedroom to feel warmer, cozier and a little more relaxing as we head into fall, but she wanted to keep the budget simple.

No painting, no new furniture and no major changes. We worked with what she already had and added fresh bedding, artwork above the bed and a few finishing touches.

Sometimes you don’t need to redo an entire room to make it feel new again. A few thoughtful changes can make such a difference. 💗
