⚡ ALUMINUM WIRING — SHOULD HOME BUYERS BE WORRIED? 🏡

You’ve found a great home… and then the inspection reveals aluminum wiring. Is that a deal breaker?

Not necessarily.

Aluminum wiring is found in many homes built from the mid-1960s through the late-1970s. The bigger concern isn’t necessarily the wiring itself — it’s whether the connections have been properly installed, maintained and evaluated.

🔌 A qualified electrician can assess the system
🔧 Corrective upgrades may be possible without rewiring the entire home
🏠 Your insurance company may require documentation or upgrades
