I achieved a couple of remarkable things last year. I formed relationships with clients and learned their stories. Became friends with some, like family with others and helped them achieve their goals of relocating, downsizing, upsizing, cashing in on their investment properties, land purchases to plunk their businesses on/start developments on, changing their lifestyle or getting into the market for the first time. For me - I've always found it remarkable how quickly people trust me with the most intimate details and with such a large decision in their lives. I've not taken this lightly, ever.
