The Greater Victoria market kept its momentum going strong last month. 591 homes sold across the region — up 12.6% from August 2025, and the strongest August we've seen in five years.

🏡 Single family home sales: +15.3% YoY (309 sold)
🏢 Condo sales: +15.1% YoY (175 sold)
📈 Active listings: 3,662 — up 1.7% from last year, giving buyers plenty of options

Prices stayed remarkably balanced: the benchmark single family home in the Victoria Core sits at $1,301,800 (down just 0.6% YoY), while the benchmark condo climbed slightly to $553,600 (+0.9% YoY).

The takeaway? Buyers are still selective, but well-priced, well-presented homes are moving fast. Whether you're buying or selling, knowing exactly where your property stands in this market makes all the difference.
