Start with clarity. What do you actually want your next chapter to look like?

Get honest about timing. Is this a want-right-now move, or a plan-for-later move?

Understand the Victoria market. Every neighbourhood in Victoria moves a little differently, and knowing that early gives you an advantage.

And most importantly, don’t wait until you feel “ready.” The smoothest moves I see are the ones where we start the conversation early.

If you’re looking for a fresh way to start the New Year in Victoria, I have to share one of my favourite little spots.

Nourish Kitchen & Café is such an authentic local place that is cozy, welcoming, and the kind of restaurant you leave thinking “okay… I’m coming back here again.” Their brunch is always a win, and dinner feels like the perfect relaxed night out.

They’ve been doing some maintenance and repair updates lately, and I love seeing local businesses take the time to keep things looking great. Even better… they’re opening back up tomorrow!
