Once again, I am so fortunate so have such wonderful clients who are happy to share their experience working with me...
âKevin Starling is our Realtor for All Seasons! He worked patiently with us in our search for a new home seven years ago. At the end of three months of dedicated looking, we had decided to give up the search for a while as we had found nothing that appealed to both of us. Kevin, still calm and positive, came one more time to have a look at one last home. It turned out to be just the one--- in a quiet mountainside neighbourhood with a peaceful view of ocean and islands . We both knew quickly that this was the one!
Kevin also sold our Uplands home for us. As we have aged we have found we are beginning to deal with some physical and social limitations. No problem for Kevin. He walked us through each step of preparation to get our home in shape for selling. He has a helpful list of folks to recommend for assistance in each stage of clean-up----from tree pruning, power washing, window cleaning, roof moss removal, hauling, to carpet and indoor cleaning. In a few short weeks, our place was ready. Before listing, Kevin had an outstanding aerial video, photos and excellent brochure developed to show our place in the best possible presentation. We were delighted with the results. By the end of the first day it was put on the market, our home was sold. It went for a price above our asking. Thank you Kevin. We greatly appreciate your patient, friendly, and calm demeanour. We plan to be back when we absolutely have to downsize to level ground and walking distance to get our groceries.
