🏡 7 YEARS IN REAL ESTATE! 🎉

Seven years ago today, I officially started my real estate career with Keller Williams Lifestyles Realty in London, Ontario. I spent my first two years learning the business from a city perspective before bringing that experience home to Bruce County, where I’ve spent the last five years proudly serving our local communities with Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty in Walkerton.

Looking back, what a seven years it’s been!

Professionally, I’ve experienced just about everything this industry can throw at you. From navigating the uncertainty of COVID and the crazy markets that followed to adapting to changing conditions, celebrating successful closings, overcoming challenges, and helping people through some of life’s biggest decisions. Real estate certainly keeps you on your toes, and no two years have ever been the same!

But as much as my career has grown over these seven years, my personal life has changed just as much. Along the way, I welcomed my dog, Navy, married my beautiful wife, Danielle, and most recently, we welcomed our daughter, Brindley, into the world. ❤️

It’s pretty incredible to look back and realize just how much can change in seven years. What started as a new career has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, alongside a family and a life that mean the world to me.

I’m grateful for the experiences, the lessons, the challenges, and, most importantly, the people who have been part of this journey.

To everyone who has supported me over the past seven years, referred a friend or family member, recommended my services, or trusted me to help with one of life’s biggest decisions, THANK YOU! Your support means more than you know, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without you.

I’m proud to call Bruce County home, and I look forward to continuing to serve Bruce County and the surrounding areas for many years to come. Today marks 5 years since I joined Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, and it’s hard to believe how quickly the time has gone!

When I started, I never could have imagined the number of people I’d have the opportunity to meet, the homes I’d help people buy and sell, or the relationships I’d build along the way.

Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of helping dozens of families and individuals navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Every deal has brought something different — new challenges, new lessons, and, most importantly, great people.

I’m incredibly grateful to my clients, friends, family, and everyone who has trusted me, referred me, supported my business, or simply followed along over the years. Your support has meant a lot.

I’m also thankful to the entire team at Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty for the support, knowledge, and relationships that have helped me grow as an agent and as a person.

Five years down… and I’m just getting started. 🏠

Well, it was a pretty crazy week!

From volunteering at the IPM with the youngest volunteer, to getting the big man all married off, and then celebrating a 3-year-old princess at her birthday party — I’d say we covered just about all the bases!

Busy week, lots of memories, and I’d call it a pretty good success!

Well… I put this sign up downtown about a month ago, and apparently it didn’t take long for it to become a photo booth. 😂📸

A few of my nieces, nephews, friends and family have already made their way in front of it for a picture, so I figured I’d share a few of my favourites.

It’s pretty cool seeing something with my name on it become a little part of the community — even if some of these people are just stopping by to make fun of their uncle’s new sign. 😂

Honestly though, I love it.

I’m proud to call this area home, proud to work here, and even more proud of the people I get to share it with.

So if you’re downtown and happen to walk past it, stop and grab a photo!📸 and keep the sign photos coming. ❤️

Recently, a group from The WOMB Bruce County enjoyed a fall retreat in Port Elgin. This group was the successful bidders of the cottage weekend package from this year's gala auction, which was generously donated by CSN Collision Centre Walkerton, Logan Lamont Real Estate Broker and the Weber Family.
