Our team has been completing a significant scope of site and civil work for the new KENT location in .

To prepare the site, the Brison crew removed ~170,000 m³ of clay — enough to fill about 68 Olympic-size swimming pools — and completed underground water, sewer and storm servicing for the KENT site and adjacent vendor lot.

We’re now finishing up 1,400 feet of retaining wall reaching up to 16 feet high, along with gravel and pad preparation for the parking and vendor areas.

Our work also includes upgrades to municipal stormwater management ponds, including new control manholes and a culvert.

It’s been a great project to be part of as another new commercial development takes shape in Windsor.

While our crews have plenty of ongoing work across Brison communities, we’ve also taken on a pretty cool project for West Hants Regional Municipality.

Work is currently underway on the Mantua to Stanley culvert replacement, including excavation, site preparation and installation of the new concrete culvert structure.

A lot of earth moved, large equipment on site, and another local project moving forward here in .

The first Valley Cottage Home is well underway 🏡

Construction is moving along on the very first home in Brison’s new Valley Cottage Home Collection, located at Eagle Landing in .

Built around one-level living, manageable square footage and purposeful layouts, the collection is designed to make efficient use of every square foot.

And there’s more to come. Lindsay Court at The Crossing will become the first Valley Cottage Home community, featuring 32 Cottage Homes.
