Things a stager notices that you may not 👀

Your furniture might fit in the room, but that doesn’t mean it fits the space.

One of the first things we notice is how easily your eye and body can move through a room. A chair slightly too close to a doorway or an oversized coffee table can make an otherwise spacious room feel smaller.

Sometimes, the best staging change isn’t adding anything. It’s simply giving the room a little more breathing room.

Before a showing, give bedroom closets a quick reset. Remove anything you don’t need, keep the floor clear, organize hanging clothes and wipe down shelves.

A clean, uncluttered closet doesn’t just look better. It makes the storage feel bigger, which is always a plus when selling a home.

We’re seeing a shift away from cooler greys and crisp whites toward warm, earthy tones like soft beige, taupe, camel and warm browns.

These shades still give you that timeless neutral look, but make a space feel a little softer, cozier and more inviting.
