We've launched Phase 2 of our reserve fund research, working with Toronto Metropolitan University's Urban Analytics Institute to design the survey and analyze the results.

We're inviting all condo corporations to voluntarily complete a survey and/or share financial documents through our secure CAO portal — this helps us identify sector-wide trends and strengthen guidance for boards and owners.

Your condo manager, board president, secretary or another designated person with Full Access permissions can log into your CAO account and participate under "Corporation Surveys." Coordinate with your board first so only one person submits.
