Let's look at the numbers. Total listings are up 7.5% over May, giving you more fantastic options if you're looking to buy. 🔍 SOLD signs are popping up even more, up 12.26% month-over-month! Homes that are strategically listed are moving fast! 🔥💨

On the pricing side, things are holding steady. We saw a VERY slight 0.20% increase in average sale price since May, stabilizing just above $566K. 💰⚖️

Overall, compared to last year, we are seeing slightly fewer listings and sales, but the current month-over-month trends show a busy and active market! 🏡
