Sheikh Shamsher exemplifies integrity, diligence, and professionalism throughout the entire real estate process. He grew up as a son of a pilot and was fortunate to meet people from various parts of the world that led him to be known as a “people person.” Sheikh attended the University of Windsor where he completed his B.A. in Psychology. While he was in his final year, Sheikh volunteered at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Windsor-Essex County Branch (CMHA-WECB). He was hired at CMHA-WECB immediately after he graduated from the University. In his position as a Housing Support Worker through the Housing Administration Department, he collaborated and negotiated with hundreds of landlords in Windsor-Essex County and developed trusting relationships with landlords and clients. This was when he truly recognized his love for real estate. To pursue his passion, he obtained a license to be a Real Estate Sales Representative and eventually became a Broker. Misty grew up in Lakeshore Ontario where she was taught the values of respect, commitment, and professionalism. Her passion for connecting with people and helping them, lead her to complete her Post Secondary Education at the University of Windsor where she graduated with both a B.A. in Psychology, and as a Master of Social Work. Since she graduated from University, Misty has been employed as a Registered Social Worker and has focused on building positive and long-lasting relationships with clients and community partners that she collaborates with in Windsor-Essex County. With an interest in entrepreneurship and continuous learning, Misty began working with Sheikh Shamsher in her role as a Client Care Coordinator in 2016. Her passion for real estate simultaneously grew and she felt that she would be a great asset in helping others with their real estate needs. She later pursued the Real Estate Education Program and became a licensed Real Estate Agent.
