Ontario just announced something HUGE for new home buyers, and most people don't know about it yet.

The provincial government dropped a media briefing April 1 2026 expanding HST rebates on new homes.

Here's what that means in plain English:

✅ Buying a new home under $1M? You could get up to $130,000 back in HST relief.

✅ Home priced between $1M–$1.5M? You still get the full $130,000 rebate.

✅ Even homes up to $1.85M qualify for partial relief.

This is available on purchases made April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 — so the window is open RIGHT NOW.

This is the kind of savings that can change what you qualify for, what you can afford, and whether NOW is actually the right time to buy.
