As part of our ongoing commitment to building greener homes, we wanted to share a glimpse into the process. Most of our homes are tested by a third party to calculate energy efficiency, this includes a blower door test which helps us better understand the home’s performance in terms of heat loss and efficiency. We then take this information and continue to improve these numbers with every build.
