The Bank of Canada today reduced its target for the overnight rate to 3¾%, with the Bank Rate at 4% and the deposit rate at 3¾%.

So today I enter my 18th year of selling Real Estate. It’s been a wild ride and I wouldn’t change it for anything. I love what I do. None of this would be possible with out all my valued clients. Some were friends. Some were family. While many of the others have become friends. I am forever grateful for all the support I have been given over the years. I also would like to thank all the Relators I’ve dealt with. Some of you have become amazing friends as well. Here’s to many more years of selling.
