Rockport Investment Group (“RIG”) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team who will contribute to the overall success of the Office.
Role Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and implementing inbound marketing strategy through content creation and management for all digital platforms including social media, blogs, newsletters and websites.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy, analyzing and interpreting metrics.
• Attend relevant events to facilitate content creation.
• Monitoring and ensuring all interactions on social media channels align with brand integrity. Staying current on industry trends and developing strategies on new and upcoming platforms.
• Providing guidance to other departments for multimedia project development and coordination when necessary.
• Generating reports for analytics, metrics, and digital campaign results.
• Overseeing all aspects of company database, including training, troubleshooting and ongoing development.
• Producing and editing video content for use as external marketing material.
• Maintain and monitor the website and social media platforms by sourcing/creating and scheduling regular posts
• Monitor online presence across social media platforms, tracking key hashtags and tagged posts.
• Maintain a Customer Service mentality when responding to customer queries, questions and concerns in a timely fashion.
• Work with graphic designer to produce new internal/external promotions, communications, and marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, presentations, videos, etc.)
• Work with sales reps and subcontractors to coordinate information in co-branded marketing materials.
• Oversee the creation of monthly marketing materials as dictated by the Annual Marketing plan, including but not limited to digital and print ads, web features and social media promotions.
• MailChimp newsletter and coordinate design with Graphic Designer.
• Ensuring adherence to established brand equity in development/management of all digital content, including outsourced work to vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
Your Skills:
• B.A. or Diploma in Marketing and Communications.
• Minimum 1+ years within a business environment in marketing and/or communications role.
• Detailed orientated, creative thinker, strong planning, organization and ex*****on skills.
• Demonstrated project management, content development, creative design.
• Experience with Google Ad Words, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ads.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, MailChimp/CRM, WordPress applications an asset.
• Energetic, self-motivated, strong collaboration and team work skills
