Lets face it sometimes it's hard to see the forest beyond the trees, here's a great use case for AI. When I first walked into 396 Belvidere I saw a blank slate, a home full of possibilities, but me dreaming it isn't going to sell the house, so I use AI. I let it know what I was thinking for the room gave it a photo and asked it to stage it. Voila - a cozy rec room you'd want to curl up with a blanket with and watch a movie on a rainy day.

It's ok if you can't see the end product, use the tools around you to help you envision your space.

396 Belvidere is on a street that doesn't go through, which changes what a block sounds like on a Tuesday evening. There's a back lane, so parking happens behind the house. Golf is close. St James-Assiniboia division. Polo Park, transit and the everyday errands are all a short trip, and plenty of it is walkable.

The house is a 1918 one-and-a-half storey, about 1,254 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, on a fenced corner lot. $319,900.

It's the biggest bedroom in the house by a wide margin, and because the other two bedrooms are both on the main floor beside the full bath, you get options: take the top floor for yourself, or leave it as an office, a guest room, or the place where the treadmill goes to be ignored.
