Why? Because right now you can open (or maximize) key savings accounts before year-end and give yourself more flexibility, more tax advantages, and far less stress when you’re ready to buy.

Here’s the simple breakdown 👇

✨ What is an FHSA (First Home Savings Account)?
It’s one of the most buyer-friendly tools Canada has ever introduced — and many people still aren’t using it.

✔️ Contribute up to $8,000 per year
✔️ Tax-deductible contributions (like an RRSP)
✔️ Tax-free withdrawals for a qualifying home (like a TFSA)
✔️ $40,000 lifetime limit
✔️ Available to Cdn residents aged 18–71
✔️ You have 15 years to use it once opened

⚠️ Key thing people miss:
Your contribution room only starts once the account is opened.
Even opening it with a small amount before Dec 31, 2025 can make a meaningful difference later.
