April 2026 Market Update is here! 🏠📈
The numbers are in, and the real estate market continues to show incredible resilience. While we are seeing a slight dip in the total number of sales compared to last year’s record highs, property values are still climbing across almost every category.

📊 Slide 1: Total Market – Average prices are up 7.04% YOY, fueled by a 2.19% drop in total inventory. It’s a classic low-supply, high-demand environment.
🏡 Slide 2: Detached Homes – We are officially knocking on the door of the $500k milestone! With a 10% drop in active listings, detached homes remain the most competitive segment for buyers.
🏙️ Slide 3: Condominiums – This is where the opportunity is. We saw a massive 13.73% jump in active listings this month, giving buyers much-needed selection and leverage.
🏘️ Slide 4: Attached Homes – The inventory leader! Side-by-side and attached housing saw a 20.8% increase in available homes, making this a vital middle-ground for the market.
The Bottom Line: Inventory is shifting differently in every segment. If you’re looking to sell, your home value has likely never been higher. If you’re looking to buy, the condo and attached segments are opening up some great doors.
