📈 Winnipeg Real Estate Market Update – April 2026

Home prices in Winnipeg are still climbing

🏡 Detached homes averaged nearly $500K in April — up 8% from last year and 11% above the 5-year average.

🏢 Condo prices also increased to an average of $291K.

While sales were slightly lower than last year, the market is still performing close to normal 5-year averages — showing continued demand across Winnipeg.

Another positive sign?
📌 Active listings increased from March to April, giving buyers a few more options heading into spring.
