I once had a childhood friend from Regina come visit me in The city of Winnipeg. After showing him around, taking him to local restaurants, shopping and places in Winnipeg that I found fun and interesting, he looked at me (him being a veteran in the real estate industry) and said “you love Winnipeg huh Dave, your a Winnipeger, who better to sell homes than someone that loves the city”.
