Keep in mind these are averages. There are always homes selling well below and well above these numbers depending on the property.

Real Broker has officially entered a deal to acquire RE/MAX

This isn’t small either, we’re talking roughly an $880M deal bringing together a tech-driven brokerage with one of the biggest global real estate brands.

They’re planning to form a new “Real REMAX Group,” combining Real’s platform with RE/MAX’s massive worldwide network (100+ countries, thousands of offices).

Honestly pretty crazy to watch this happen in real time. The industry’s been shifting a lot lately and this is one of those moves that could actually change things long term.
