We currently have 2 One bedroom apartments available for September 1, 2015 in the building ($734 and $761/month)! Both have balconies and include heat and hot water. Sorry no parking is available but there are a load of lots in the area for rental.

Caretaker is a dream, ridiculously nice, a real peach!
