Live-In Property Superintendent Needed !

Looking for a new place to live AND a rewarding role? We’re hiring a live-in caretaker in the Maples area!

Job Overview
We’re looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and friendly. Couples are encouraged to apply – perfect opportunity for a duo looking to work and live together!

We need a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of one of our properties. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the property, resources, and relationships with residents to maintain a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

-Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to enhance client interactions and service delivery.
-Oversee maintenance requests using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) .
-Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Implement administrative processes that improve efficiency.

The Role also Includes:

-Cleaning hallways, entrance, and common areas
-Light maintenance and minor repairs
-Showing vacant units
-Conducting resident move-in and move-out walkthroughs
-Coordinating regular and on-call maintenance repairs
-Partial Snow removal & lawn care (seasonal)
-Keeping an eye on the building & reporting issues

Requirements

-Experience in facilities / property management / caretaker or a related field.
-Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on relationship management.
-Proficiency in data entry, file management, and administrative tasks.
-Familiarity with any management software is preferred but not mandatory.
-Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
