- Coordinate the home showing process.
- Present all offers in person, advise you on the terms & contingencies.
- Negotiate offers on your behalf.
- Schedule, coordinate completion of contingencies & inspections.
- Monitor the buyers' loan process.
- Coordinate, supervise the preparation of all the closing documents & guide you through the closing process.
