I’m having a hard time putting yesterday into words ❤️

Together, our team - the Fun Raisers - raised over $11,000 for Motionball Winnipeg finishing as the top fundraising team of the entire event.

And somehow, this incredible community of mine also propelled me to top individual fundraiser. I’m so proud of that, of course. But more than anything, I’m just incredibly grateful.

Every time I ask this community to rally around a cause that means something to me, you show up. You donate. You share. You encourage me. You remind me just how lucky I am to be surrounded by people who care so deeply and are so willing to support something simply because they know it matters to me.

And to my Fun Raisers: I am SO proud of you ❤️ You showed up, you rallied your people, and together we raised more than any other team competing yesterday. Getting to do this alongside such an incredible group of people made the entire experience that much more special.

At the end of the day, the rankings are fun, but $11,000+ going toward supporting Special Olympics athletes and creating more opportunities for inclusion, belonging and sport is what really matters.

To every single person who donated, shared, encouraged us or cheered us on: thank you. I never take your support for granted.
