When I was eleven years old I took part in my first real estate transaction. My parents had been looking for the right home to raise their three children in Winnipeg, MB. I took to scrolling through residential listings, searching for the perfect home for our family. I came across a beautiful century home, printed out the listing and handed it to them. Their offer was accepted that weekend and they still live there today. A couple decades later, my childhood hobby has turned into a rewarding profession.
