Happy Possession Day to my Buyers C & M, just in time for the wedding!!!💕

These two lovely young buyers had dreams of country living and weekends found us driving to areas around Teulon, Ladywood, Lorette, the Cooks Creek Area and beyond.

After many showings and homes with great yards; petting of cats, views of horses and goats and one cat wrangle for the books, they decided small town living fit their want of a solid home within their budget better.

Most times the first house isn't the "Dream House", but they will make this one a home they love, put their own stamp and memories into it and I look forward to years from now finding them another!

87 Wyndstone is sold!!

The Country Villas is a special community for me, my own parents lived there for many years.

Every sale comes with mixed emotions.... downsizing is a huge undertaking both physically and emotionally with family members usually involved, and navigating the emotions, and ups and downs is not something I take lightly. I am honoured each and every time I am chosen to represent those sellers and their extended families.

The Nassau is the largest home model in The Country Villas and one has not been on market for many years. With the right plan in place, great effort from the sellers family to have the home ready for listing, a bit of staging, and professional photography, I am happy to report we received multiple offers and sold for a record breaking price in the community.

Every sale has a story....

I met the owners of this home at an Open House I hosted on one of my listings a year ago. The timing wasn't right for them then, but they reached out to say they had felt a connection and trust with me and would like me to help them find a home.

We looked at many homes over the next year, narrowing down the area and home they would like, with many texts and discussions between us. This spring we found their new home.

Next came the process of selling their current home, something I never take for granted.

These buyers/turned sellers trusted me completely with the upgrades I suggested and the staging items I brought, also incorporating many of their own beautiful pieces to display.

With 21 showings and three great offers I am proud to say this home is sold.

I wish the buyers the same years of enjoyment of this home and yard that my sellers experienced.
