I'd like to share one of my favourite Italian 🇮🇹 receipes.
I love Tortellini in a cream sauce. Its easy to make and requires about 30 mins of your time. Now some of you may not like Mushrooms and thats okay to leave them out, but they do give it an earthy taste saute'd with the onions and garlic. You can use what ever mushrooms you like, but dont use the canned ones! Fresh is always better.

An option that I like to use is paprika. This gives it a smokey earthy flavour. If you have questions please feel free to call.

Important to remember to have the garlic at low heat, you do not want to burn it as it will turn bitter.

Mortgage Rates in the Winnipeg market are starting to see a move down slightly as bond yields soften. Even the slightest move down will effect the real estate market activity.

That said, there’s still a lot of uncertainty!

Some economists feel rates could trend lower if Canada’s economy continues to slow. On the other hand, the bond market is suggesting the next move from the **Bank of Canada** could eventually be an increase — possibly later this year or into 2027.
