The Residences of Oakdale
The Residences of Oakdale is our 3-building 55+ apartment complex located on Oakdale Drive, between Grant Ave and Roblin Blvd.
It is currently under construction with the following opening dates:
Building C (369 Oakdale Drive) is set to open in October 2024.
Building B (357 Oakdale Drive) is set to open in February 2025.
Building A (351 Oakdale Drive) is set to open in the spring of 2025.
We have 1-bedroom suites ranging from $1,200 - $1,545 and 2-bedrooms suites ranging form $1,645 - $ 1,895.

• Lobby lounges in all buildings
• Beautiful landscaping throughout development, with trees and access to trails
• All buildings will be pet friendly building

• Indoor heated underground parking and outdoor surface stalls for additional monthly charge
• Visitor parking on first come first serve basis
