On behalf of our family, we want to thank you for a job well done. More than that actually, it was by far much easier and more enjoyable than we could hope for or imagine.
Scott, your attention to detail and prompt responses to our inquiries helped make the on-line experience enjoyable. At my age I prefer face to face encounters when making arrangements such as this but because of distance, that was impossible but your personality and attention to our needs was exceptional and therefore led to a great experience with your company.
To Zach, Mitch and Eldon thanks so much for your care and attention to our possessions. We are mostly unpacked and have found no scratches, dents or breakages. Zachary, even the plants seem healthy and have no dropped a single leaf. Thanks so much for being flexible and understanding of our desire to bring them with us. We (the entire family) were very impressed with the work ethic of the team and the speed with which they completed the job. Even allowing my family helpers join in for the unloading was appreciated. From the moment they walked up to the front door and introduced themselves, all three of you were personable, friendly, efficient and professional while working essentially non-stop during the loading and packing phase.
On a scale of 10, we confidently and enthusiastically rank your company efforts a 10 out of 10. We will also highly and enthusiastically with confidence, refer your company to friends making such a move.
