Condo conversions include the Ponds, Tuxedo Village, Parkway Plaza, Meadowlake, Hearthstone, Ports on Pembina, Victor Lewis Drive and Thompson Drive which combine for 1000 units. Several smaller projects have also been completed in Winnipeg.
