I have a home buyer client who is just so excited to finally become a homeowner of a $500k+ house but can’t just easily wade away from a lot of contending offers. The recent adaptation of a new Mortgage Stress test is not deterring homebuyer’s desire to take possession of such a costly purchase. It is a home seller’s market that most homeowners want to capitalize on. It’s very tempting if you think of making a $100k+ from your home sale. Truly a home is a good investment.
