February market update for Winnipeg and the Selkirk area.

Detached homes continue to lead the market with 339 sales and an average price of $472,711. Attached homes averaged $389,250 and condos came in at $285,876.

Closer to Selkirk, activity remains steady with limited inventory. Selkirk currently has 19 listings with 3 sales and an average price of $294,000, while East Selkirk saw 8 sales and an average price of $222,000.

Market stats give a snapshot of what is happening overall, but every home and neighbourhood can perform differently.
