When I was prepping one of my clients for their sale I noticed this model tractor in their display case and commented that it was the exact replica of the tractor that I learned how to be a farmer on when I was a kid. It was the McCormick WD-9, a powerhouse in it's day. I told them how it brought back a lot of memories and commented that it took everything in my 11-year-old leg to press the clutch and release it without popping it. After we completed the sale this week, they handed it to me as a gift of appreciation for a job well done during the difficult circumstances that they were undergoing. I was very touched and honoured to receive the gift. Real estate is more about people than it is about houses. 🙏♥️
