Community Update: New Tenant Reporting Feature
Today, we are introducing a new feature designed to significantly reduce the volume of calls and complaints directed to building managers.
In most buildings, tenants report concerns through phone calls, text messages, or emails. While these channels are necessary, they often place additional pressure on building managers who are already handling multiple responsibilities. To improve this process, we have implemented a structured reporting system within the platform.
With this new feature, tenants can:
* Send a report directly to active tenants regarding a concern
* Send a silent notification to the entire building
* Send a report directly to the building manager
All reports are anonymous. No personal details or room numbers are disclosed, and tenant privacy remains fully protected.
Why landlords value this feature
* Reduces random calls and text messages
* Centralizes all building-related issues in one place
* Allows 60–70% of minor issues to be resolved without landlord involvement
Quiet Hours Auto-Reminder (No Effort Required from the Landlord)
What it does
When a tenant reports a noise concern, the system automatically sends a polite reminder to the building.
Example message:
“Reminder: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Thank you for helping keep the community comfortable.”
Why this matters to landlords
* Eliminates direct confrontation
* Requires no personal involvement
* Uses a neutral, system-generated message
