📈 September 2026 Winnipeg Real Estate Market Update

September brought more choice for buyers across Winnipeg and surrounding markets, with inventory continuing to grow as we moved into fall. While sales softened compared to last year, year-to-date average prices for detached homes and condominiums reached record highs.

🏡 Detached Homes (Winnipeg)
• 568 sales
• Average price $462,689
• 1,071 active listings

🏘️ Attached Homes (Winnipeg)
• 101 sales
• Average price $397,408
• 344 active listings

🏢 Condominiums (Winnipeg)
• 128 sales
• Average price $289,388
• 455 active listings

Outside Winnipeg, detached homes averaged $452,003, attached homes averaged $391,340 and condominiums averaged $280,711.

August brought continued activity across Winnipeg and surrounding markets, with plenty of inventory giving buyers options as we head toward the fall market.

• 565 residential detached homes sold
• Average price $453,247
• 990 active listings

🏘️ Attached Homes (Winnipeg)
• 80 sales recorded
• Average price $401,318
• 243 active listings

🏢 Condominiums (Winnipeg)
• 149 sales in August
• Average price $279,672
• 425 active listings

Outside Winnipeg, detached homes averaged $416,565, attached homes averaged $355,450 and condominiums averaged $323,880.
