Growing older is a privilege—and I want to receive it with gratitude.

Maturity has taught me that beauty is not found in appearing untouched by time. It is found in the wisdom we gain, the strength we build, the people we love, the faith that carries us, and the courage to keep becoming.

I want to care for my health, remain curious, continue serving, laugh often, and live each new season with intention.

I do not wish to return to a younger version of myself. I honour the woman I was, I am grateful for the woman I have become, and I look forward to the woman I am still becoming.

Here’s to aging with grace—not by hiding the years, but by living them fully. 🤍
