Every now and then, a client comes along who you instantly connect with, and this was definitely one of those situations.

From the moment we met, we just clicked.

Like many buyers in today’s market, there were a few disappointments along the way and a couple of homes that weren’t meant to be. But then we walked into the house.
We both audibly gasped.

It had everything she was looking for and more, and I think we both knew immediately that we were standing in her future home.

Getting the keys is always exciting, but watching someone find the home they’ve been waiting for is one of my favourite parts of this job.

I’ve had quite a few new faces join me here lately, so I thought it was time for a little reintroduction 🤍

Hi, I’m Sabrina — a Winnipeg Realtor with 12 years of experience helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Before real estate, I worked in banking and finance, which gave me a strong foundation in numbers, negotiations, and understanding the financial side of buying and selling homes.

But beyond real estate, I’m also a wife, a mom, a traveller, a homebody, a lover of personal growth, and someone who genuinely values connection and community.

Real estate for me has never just been about transactions, it’s about people. Whether it’s helping first-time buyers, guiding families through a new chapter, or supporting clients relocating to or from Winnipeg and the surrounding areas, I truly love being part of the journey.

I’ve seen people pour tens of thousands into renovations before selling… and honestly? Sometimes it barely changes the sale price.

Meanwhile, I’ve also seen sellers do a fresh coat of paint, clean up the yard, swap out a light fixture or garage door — and buyers walk in feeling like the home is cared for from the second they pull up.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that you need to fully renovate before listing. Most of the time, the updates that make the biggest impact are the ones that help buyers emotionally connect to the home and remove those little “ugh, we’d have to fix that” thoughts.

Fresh neutral paint.
Good lighting.
Clean landscaping.
Decluttering.
Minor cosmetic updates.

Those things matter way more than people think.

To all the incredible moms and mother figures out there, today is for you. 🤍

As a team of four women, three realtors and one amazing admin, motherhood is something deeply woven into our everyday lives. Between us, we have 10 children ranging from toddlers to grown adults with families of their own.

We know that no two motherhood journeys look exactly the same. Some days are beautiful, some are exhausting, and some are a little bit of both. But through it all, moms continue to show up with love, strength, patience, and care.

Today, we celebrate all of the women who nurture, support, guide, encourage, and hold everything together behind the scenes. Your impact never goes unnoticed.
