One of the things we appreciate most about is how naturally each space flows into the next. The kitchen opens onto the dining area, the dining room extends towards the courtyard, and the whole house feels connected without losing the intimacy that makes traditional village homes so special.

There’s a very particular feeling in old village houses when everything is quiet and the windows are open. You hear almost nothing, but somehow you feel connected to the life outside. That was something we tried hard not to lose at . The house still carries that slower rhythm that makes places like Bunyola so easy to return to.

As summer settles into Mallorca, life naturally moves outdoors, and the patio at becomes the place where the day unfolds more slowly. Coffee in the morning sun, long lunches in the shade, quiet afternoons by the water and evenings that stretch naturally into the night.

What we wanted to preserve here was the feeling of a traditional Bunyola townhouse patio, calm, private and deeply connected to the rhythm of village life, while making it comfortable enough to enjoy every day.

bedrooms and bathrooms were restored with tradition and heritage in mind. Original beams, textured walls, stone and wood remain intentionally present, preserving the quiet character of a traditional townhouse in the heart of Bunyola.
