✅ 4th place and a Cyprus national record in the 50m butterfly

✅ In the 100m backstroke, she and her coach chose to withdraw from the final in order to manage her energy better for the 50m and 100m freestyle events that followed.

🔥 4 medals for Kalia Antoniou overall at the Mediterranean Games (3 gold and 1 bronze), the most ever won by a Cypriot swimmer in the history of the Games!

💥 Our top swimmer continues to break records, with her sights firmly set on “Los Angeles 2028” and a third consecutive Olympic appearance!
