❣️SOLD IN 1 DAY❣️ Gisteren mocht ik een Franse familie gelukkig maken in Torrevieja 🥰

❣️VERKOCHT❣️Gisteren mocht ik een familie uit Nederland blij maken met deze prachtige woning in Villamartin Orihuela Costa.
Deze klanten waren al 3 dagen onderweg met 2 andere makelaars, en vonden niet wat ze zochten. Via hun vrienden, aan wie ik ook al een woning verkocht, kwamen ze dan last minute bij mij terecht. Door goed te luisteren naar hun wensen, kon ik ze vandaag 8 woningen laten zien. En ze hadden zelfs 3 favorieten waardoor het kiezen niet makkelijk was. Maar door samen de pro’s en contra’s langs elkaar te leggen, kwam het tot de juiste keuze. En dit allemaal op 1 dag tijd. Morgen vliegen ze weer terug naar Nederland, en ik volg het ganse proces mee op samen met hun advocaat.
