📢 IMPORTANTE | El Tribunal Supremo anula el Registro Único de Arrendamientos de Corta Duración al considerar que el Estado carecía de competencias para su creación.

La sentencia concluye que este registro estatal suponía una duplicidad respecto a los registros autonómicos ya existentes, invadiendo competencias que corresponden a las Comunidades Autónomas en materia de vivienda y turismo.

⚖️ El Alto Tribunal mantiene, no obstante, la validez de la Ventanilla Única Digital y el intercambio de datos con plataformas online.

Esta decisión supone un importante precedente jurídico y un nuevo escenario para propietarios, gestores y plataformas de alquiler turístico y temporal en España.
