Big news for Marbella 🎉

A €200 million redevelopment of Marbella’s La Bajadilla marina has been announced.

The new project will completely transform the marina.

The number of berths is expected to increase from 268 to around 750, with the new marina designed to accommodate larger luxury yachts and cruise ships.

There will also be a new commercial area, a 1,000-space car park, and the existing fishing port will be relocated within the development.

Work is due to start in 2027 and construction is expected to take around three years.

When you see a beautiful new home, polished finishes and those perfect property photos, it’s easy to forget just how much hard work goes into getting there.

Behind the scenes, our team is regularly out on site across Spain carrying out development inspections, checking progress and making sure everything is moving in the right direction for our clients.

And let’s be honest… it’s not always glamorous! 😂

There are hard hats, dusty building sites, muddy shoes, early starts and plenty of time spent walking around checking the details.

But this is an important part of what we do.
