One of my favourite places to live in Marbella. And most people walk right past it without noticing

Río Real. Just 5 minutes from the old town and with a completely different pace of life. 🌿

⛳ A golf course designed by Javier Arana in 1965, with the river running through it until it flows into the sea, and holes right on the beachfront.
🌲 A green, low-density valley between the Mediterranean and the Sierra Blanca.
🏖️ The beach is just a few minutes away, with Trocadero Arena and the coastal path.
🛒 La Cañada, Costa del Sol Hospital and international schools are just minutes away.
🚗 Marbella town centre 5 mins · Puerto Banús 15 · Málaga Airport 35–40. Direct access to the A-7 and AP-7 motorways.

And to be honest 🤝: Río Real is quiet. If you’re looking for nightlife on your doorstep, this isn’t the area for you. If you want to be 5 minutes from everything and hear birdsong instead of traffic, it’s hard to beat.
