🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Spaanse Hooggerechtshof vernietigt NRA/NRUA-register voor vakantieverhuur

Groot nieuws voor eigenaren van vakantieverblijven in Spanje. Het Spaanse Hooggerechtshof heeft vandaag het nationale registratiesysteem voor toeristische verhuur — bekend als NRA, NRUA of NRU — ongeldig verklaard.

Dit systeem werd vorig jaar door de Spaanse centrale overheid ingevoerd en verplichtte eigenaren van vakantiewoningen om zich extra te registreren bij het nationale Registro de la Propiedad. Zonder dit registratienummer konden woningen niet meer worden aangeboden op platforms zoals Airbnb en Booking.com.

Volgens het Hooggerechtshof had de centrale overheid echter geen wettelijke bevoegdheid om deze extra verplichting op te leggen naast de bestaande regionale toeristenvergunningen.
