Aura Can Sara has been a labour of love from the very beginning, and today we are proud to officially present it to the market.

Set within a former 19th-century factory in the heart of Palma’s Old Town, Aura Can Sara is the result of a careful transformation that honours the building’s industrial heritage while introducing a contemporary architectural language. Exposed stone walls, soaring vaulted ceilings and remarkable volumes have been preserved and celebrated, creating spaces defined by character, light and timelessness.

At Quadratmeta, we are drawn to projects that carry a strong sense of place. Aura Can Sara offered a rare opportunity to reveal the beauty of an existing structure while reimagining it for modern living — a balance that is increasingly difficult to achieve within the historic fabric of the city.
