🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.

✅ Experience

• 12+ years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders

• 10+ years of relevant experience for Master’s degree holders

• Proven leadership and management experience

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve corporate supply chain strategies, systems, and policies

• Lead and supervise supply chain operations and teams

• Oversee procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics activities

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance

• Ensure compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies

• Monitor KPIs and manage supply chain risks

• Prepare and present management reports

• Coordinate effectively with Finance, other departments, and senior management

✅ Strong strategic and operational supply chain expertise

✅ Excellent leadership and change-management capabilities

✅ Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills

🚛 WE'RE HIRING | Heavy Truck Driver

Join Hosea Holdings PLC and become part of a dynamic organization committed to excellence across its real estate, manufacturing, import export and hospitality sectors.

We are looking for a professional, responsible and experienced Heavy Truck Driver to join our growing team.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy trucks to transport goods and personnel.

• Ensure the safety and security of the vehicle, passengers and cargo at all times.

• Complete deliveries and pickups according to schedule.

• Inspect vehicles before, during, and after trips, maintaining cleanliness and roadworthiness.

• Assist with loading and unloading when required.

• Drive company automobile vehicles and support employee transportation services as needed.

✅ Requirements

✔ License Grade: Level 4 or Derek 2

✔ Minimum 5 years of proven heavy truck driving experience

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Excellent time management and attention to detail

✔ Good understanding of vehicle functionality and basic maintenance

✔ Ability to work under pressure and work extended hours

✔ Must provide a guarantor who can vouch for integrity and responsibility
